摘要
选用豆油酸、松香、涤纶废丝等原料合成了改性醇酸树脂,用其制成的涂料具有优异的光泽和丰满度。该树脂与中油度醇酸树脂配合,制得的醇酸磁漆具有光泽优、硬度高、附着力强、柔韧性好、装饰性佳、价格低廉等特点。讨论了影响改性醇酸树脂合成的因素。探讨了其增光作用。
A modified alkyd resin has been prepared based on soya oil fatty acid, rosin and waste PETP etc. The coatings prepared with the modified resin has higher gloss and fullness. A alkyd resin paint based on the mixture of the modified resin and medium oil length alkyd resin has the features of high gloss and hardness, good adhesion and flexibility, outstanding decoration effect and lower cost. Factors influencing the preparation of the modified alkyd resin were discussed, and the gloss enhancement was also explored.
