摘要
叙述了HC太阳能屏蔽防腐蚀涂料的基本组成。涂膜对太阳能吸收率低于20％,热发射率高于85％,具有显著的太阳能屏蔽作用,物理机械性能和耐化学介质腐蚀性能优良。用于涂装液化气贮罐等,防腐结构造价比常用的隔热结构低30％。
The composition of the HC solar energy shielding corrosion protective coatings was described. The absorption factor of the coating film to the solar energy is lower than 20 % and heat reflective factor is over 85 %, showing higher solar energy shielding effectiveness. The coatings has excellent physico- mechanical propercies and chemical resistance, and has been widely used for liquefied gas storage tanks with a cost down 30 % compared to the normal heat - insulation structures.
