摘要
以提高双宫丝特征型号为出发点,提出了在广西现有双宫丝缫丝工艺流程的基础上添加鲜双宫茧来实现此目的的办法。并采用正交实验考察鲜双宫茧的添加比例、煮茧次数、煮茧过程中使用化学助剂与否等因素对提高双宫丝特征型号的影响,得出鲜双宫茧的煮茧次数、煮茧过程中使用化学助剂对提高双宫丝特征型号影响显著的结果,初步验证了在现有双宫丝缫丝工艺流程的基础上添加鲜双宫茧的办法来提高双宫丝特征型号是可行的。
To improve the type of features of mulberry that adding fresh twin cocoon to Guangxi province's e duppion silk yarns, this paper put forward a new method xisted process of reeling mulberry duppion silk yarn, and make use of orthogonal experimental to study the impact about adding ratio of fresh twin cocoon, times of boiling cocoon, the use of chemical additives and other factors to improve the type features of mulberry duppion silk yarns. The results showed that the times of boiling cocoon and the use of chemical additives can improve the type of features of mulberry duppion silk yarns, and adding fresh twin cocoon to the existed process of reeling mulberry duppion silk yarn to improve the type of features of mulberry duppion silk yarns is doable.
