摘要
参照德、英、美等国公司法,聚焦我国现有立法,对关联公司、关联交易信息披露制度进行本土化制度分析。
In this article,we will focus on the regulations in our country,referring to the U.S.corporate law,UK corporate law and German corporate law as well,to make a localized research about information disclosure in affiliated corporations and related transaction.
