摘要
探讨氩氦刀冻融兔肝后局部结缔组织的变化过程,为临床上氩氦刀治疗肝脏肿瘤提供实验依据。将氩氦刀置于兔肝表面进行2个冻融循环,在不同时间点取局部肝组织,经HE和胶原染色后在光镜下观察。冻融后12、d,冻融区与未冻融区之间无结缔组织产生。冻融后第4 d,在近肝门的交界线的冻融区侧有纤细的结缔组织增生。第8 d近肝门侧的交界处的结缔组织增生带增宽,其余交界处亦形成较薄的结缔组织带。第16 d近肝门侧及周围的组织带进一步增宽。第30 d,周围的结缔组织带与表面的结缔组织带贴近或合并,形成一个盘状疤痕覆盖在新生的肝组织表面。说明氩氦刀冻融后冻融区内的结缔组织经历一个急速变性,缓慢变质并被逐渐吸收的过程。而冻融区周围则产生结缔组织并逐渐增厚形成结缔组织带,逐渐地底层的结缔组织带与表面的结缔组织带靠近进而相贴,形成一个圆盘状的疤痕贴在新生的肝组织表面。
To explore the histomorphologic changes of the interstitial connective tissue(ICI') of rabbit liver frozen by Cryecare and provide an experimental basis for clinical treatment of hepatic tumor cryosurgery. The hepatic tissues frozen and thawed for two circulation were taken down respectively at different time points and observed on light microscope. Results showed that the ICT in frozen area was lightly degenerative and there was no connective tissue at the boundary line at the first and second d after freezing . The ICT in frozen area was degenerative and decreased gradually from the fourth to the sixteenth d and disappeared at the thirtieth d. A proliferative layer of fiberblast and some fine collegen bunches was appeared at the boundary line at the fourth d, and the band became wider gradually form at the eighth to sixteenth d, and finaly the bottom band merged with the surface layer and formed a plate - like scar tissue covering the surface of the local hver. The ICT in frozen area undergoes a chronic process from degenerative to gradual dissolution and that around the frozen area experiences however a course from appearance, increase to cicatricial tissue.
