维甲酸中毒骨质疏松动物模型椎骨流变特性的研究

摘要 研究正常大鼠椎骨和维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松L4椎骨的粘弹性性质,为临床提供生物粘弹性力学参数。选用175-245 g,6月龄wistar大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组15只,模型组15只。对模型组大鼠每日灌服维甲酸(70mg·kg^-1·d^-1),实验动物于第12周末处死大鼠。取L4椎骨进行压缩应力松弛、蠕变实验。得出了正常对照组和模型组L4椎骨应力松弛,蠕变数据和曲线。对应力松弛蠕变实验数据进行归一化处理,得出归一化应力松弛函数、蠕变函数及曲线。模型组的7 200 s应力松弛、蠕变量指标显著低于正常对照组(P〈0.05)。 To study normal white rat osteoporosis IA vertebrae telescope viscoelasticity property caused by vitamin A acid, supply bioviscoelastic mechanics parameter with clinic. Thirty intar white rats with six months old, 175 - 245g were chosen and randoms divided into normal group fifteen, and model set fifteen. The white rats of model group were taken vitamin A acid (70mg·kg^-1 cinene) every day, and executed on twelfth weekend of experiment. IA vertebrae were taken and proceeded telescope, stress relaxation, crept experiment. Then we get out normal group and model set L4 vertebrae' s stress relaxation, creep data and curve. The stress relaxation data were dealed with normalization,we get out normalization stress relaxation function, creep function and curve. The stress relaxation, amount of creep indices of model set prominence fall below normal group( P 〈0.05) of the model set at 7200s.
