本文叙述了聚氨酯乳液皮革填充树脂的制备方法，并对影响渗透速度及填充效果的因素进行了讨论，提出了用于皮革填充的参考配方及工艺。表３，图３。

Abstract The title product used for leather is prepared by (1) adding polyether polyols and TDI-80 into a 500L reaction pot, reacted under stirring for 2h, at 95～105℃, cooled to 60℃; (2) adding a chain extender, crosslinking agent and acetone, reacted 2～3h, at 60～80℃, reduced the temperature to 50～55℃; and (3) putting the prepolymer into an emulsive pot, adding under high stirring the calculated aqueous triethyamine solution into the emulsive pot, stirring for 1min, then adding the penetrating auxiliary in aqueous solution, keeping stirring for 1min, and stopping the stirring, finally, filtrating the compound to give the polyurethane filling resin in emulsion. Leathers filled with this resin give soft and full properties.
