神经症是一组轻度脑功能失调障碍,常由心理社会因素和个人素质共同作用而发病。其药物治疗时间通常需半年,甚至更长。在药物治疗的同时,不应忽视认知行为等心理治疗。本文就神经症的临床类型、临床特征、临床治疗策略及抗焦虑药物治疗进展作一综述。

Neurosis is a group of mild brain dysfunction, which is effected by the psycho-social factors and personal qualities. The course of drug therapy for neurosis is usually six months, or even longer. Meanwhile we can＇t ignore psychotherapy. This article reviews the clinical types, clinical characteristics, treatment strategies and the drug therapy of neurosis.
