摘要
本文叙述了用气相色谱分析方法对Ｎ油酰基肌氨酸钠合成过程中的控制分析，实验表明该方法简单、快速，测定结果准确。表２，图２。
Abstract The acidified and constant weight product sample which was accurately weighed is esterified with p methylbenzene sulfonic acid, cleaned, extracted, and diluted with petroleum ether. Then 5μL sample is analysized with gaschromatography under the following conditions: gaschromatographic column(stainless steel): *J3.0mm×3m; 5% SE 30; Shimalite W: 60～80 (screen mesh); temp in evaporatin room: 300℃; column temp:100～260℃(temp raised on procedure, temperature-raising speed: 8℃/min); flowing speed of gases: nitrogen gas: 60mL/min; hydrogen gas: 50mL/min; air: 0.9L/min; detector: FID The contents of oleic acid freed in the synthesis of sodium sarcosine of N oleyl group are accurately quantified with this method.
