关于“国际服务外包”内涵的学术分歧探析

A Probe into the Academic Differences in the Connotation of "International Outsourcing of Services"

"国际服务外包"是当前学术界的一个研究热点和难点,难点之一在于目前学术界对"国际服务外包"内涵的理解至今仍未统一。国际服务外包的兴起是当前服务全球化在微观层面的主要表现特征之一,因此对"国际服务外包"内涵的具体界定具有很强的理论意义和现实意义。本文试图通过对"国际服务外包"定义的两大学术分歧进行系统说明和深入分析,从而揭示"国际服务外包"的具体内涵,并提出作者的看法,以抛砖引玉,为学术界对"国际服务外包"的后续研究提供一个思路。

Academically IOS （International Outsourcing of Services） has been a hot area. However, till today, opinions concerning its connotation have been divided, lOS is one of the characteristics of services-globalization times. Therefore, discussion on its connotation has great significance both in theory and in practice. This paper endeavors to reveal its essence by systematically listing and analyzing different opinions on the IOS＇ definition and then presents the author＇s own opinions in order to pave the way for future researches concerning IOS.
