酸化剂对雪山草鸡种鸡蛋品质和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Acidifiers on Egg Quality and Blood Biochemical Parameters of Xueshan Breeding Hens

摘要 试验选取28周龄雪山草鸡种鸡4176只,随机分成6个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复232只鸡,在相同日粮的基础上分别在饮水中添加不同类型及添加量的酸化剂,研究其对雪山草鸡种鸡蛋品质和血液生化指标的影响,探讨了饮水中添加不同酸化剂的作用效果,并筛选出适宜的添加水平。结果表明:①不同酸化剂及添加量使雪山草鸡种鸡蛋重和蛋壳厚度分别提高了0.05~0.54g·枚-1和0.003~0.006cm,但0.2%复合酸A3添加组蛋壳厚度在试验期内没有变化;②试验组总蛋白含量升高,白蛋白、白蛋白/球蛋白变化呈降低趋势,球蛋白含量升高;各试验组血清钙与对照组相比,显著升高(P<0.05),但是血磷含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。 Four thousand one hundred and seventy-six xueshan breeding hens (28 weeks) were randomly divided into 6 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 232 xueshan breeding hens in each replicate. Study on egg quality and blood biochemical parameters of xueshan breeding hens by the different acidifiers in drinking water on the same dietary, and the effect of different acidifiers in drinking water, and selected suitable adding levels of acidifiers. The results showed that: (1)The egg weight and shell thickness were increased 0.05%-0.54% g/gold and 0.003-0.006 cm by different acidifiers and levers, while the egg shell thickness of acidifiers A3 0.2% group was no change. (2)The experimental group concentration of TP were increased, Alb concentration and A/G were decreasing tendency, the Glb were opposite; The experimental group of serum Ca was significantly increased (P〈0.05) than control group, while the concentration of serum P were not no obvious difference(P〉0.05).
