高职新生的始业教育,是高职院校新生管理工作的关键,高职院校应当充分立足于高职学生的特点,基于社会发展所需要的对高级应用型人才的需求,认真做好高职新生的始业教育,把心理健康教育做为始业教育的重要内容,真正把学生培养成身心健康的具有高职特色的专门人才。

The beginning education of the new students in higher vocational colleges is the key to the management of these students.
