摘要
乌鲁木齐石油化工总厂化肥厂和内蒙古化肥厂等采用低硫渣油进行气化、RECTISOL净化工艺,含H2S等的再生气体并未进行硫回收,而直接通至锅炉烟囱排放,这种作法势必对环境造成污染。介绍一种H2S含量为18%~30%和5%~15%、硫回收率为92%~95%的方法,供类似工厂进行技术改造时借鉴。此法也可用到克劳斯装置中,对提高硫的收率、减少环境污染起到很好效果。
Low sulphur containing residual oil gasification,RECTISOL gas purification process and other gasification technologies which are currently used in Urumqi Petrochemical Works and Inner Mongolia Chemical Fertilizer Plant and other Chinese plants do not recover sulphur from H 2S containing regeneration gas They are discharged directly to atmosphere through the boiler stack,definitely causing environmental pollution.This article presents a technology for sulphur recovery from gases with a content of H 2S ranging 1 8%~3 0% and 5%~15% the recovery rate is 92%~95% as a reference for plants under retrofit.The technology can also be applied to Claus plant helping improve sulphur yield and eliminate environmental pollution
