A new synthetic process of melamine salt of cage phosphate

研究了双（１－氧代－４－亚甲基－１－磷杂－２，６，７－三氧杂双环［２，２，２］辛烷）磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐（简称Ｍｅｌａｂｉｓ）的合成新方法，通过改变原料加入方式和产品结晶方式，使产品收率提高到８１．５％（文献报道最高收率为７０％）。同时采用元素分析、ＩＲ和１ＨＮＭＲ等分析方法证实了产品的结构。

This paper describes the synthetic process of melamine salt of bis(1 oxy 4 methylene 1 phospha 2,6,7 trioxabicyclooctane)phosphate melaminium.Through optimization of feeding ways of starting materials and crytallization methods of product,the total yield raises to 81 5%(about 70% in literature) The compound is identified by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.
