国外轮胎黑胎侧问题的研究进展

Progress in Research on Black Sidewall of Tire

介绍了国外关于如何保持轮胎胎侧外观乌黑发亮研究的进展。采取的方法主要有两种：一是开发非污染型的防老剂，如四氢化１，３，５三正丁基硫代三嗪硫酮（防老剂ＴＢＴＴ）和２，４，６三（氮１，４二甲基戊基对苯二胺）１，３，５三嗪（防老剂ＴＡＰＤＴ）来替代广泛应用的对苯二胺类防老剂；二是开发和应用抗臭氧聚合物，如ＥＰＤＭ、卤化丁基橡胶（ＨＩＲ）和溴化异戊二烯对甲基苯乙烯聚合物（ＢＩＭＳ）等。

The progress in rescarch on glossy black sidewall of tire in advanced countries was introduced.There were two main measures to improve the appearance of tire sidewall:1)the non pollutional antioxidants,such as TBTT and TAPDT were used instead of p phenylene diamine antioxidants;and 2)some antiozonantive polymers,such as EPDM,HIIR and BIMS were used.
