摘要
研究了涤纶POY后拉伸工艺与异染型涤纶长丝成形及异染性能的关系。结果表明:拉伸倍数、热盘绕丝圈数、热板温度、拉伸速度、拉伸温度是制备异染型涤纶长丝的主要影响因素。拉伸速度为731m/min,拉伸倍数为1.4427时,异染型涤纶长丝色差可达灰卡2.5级,深色段平均长度达6mm,与常规长丝相比,其强度低,伸长率、条干不匀率和沸水收缩率高。
The relationships were discussed among drawing process of PET POY, the forming of the dye variant PET filament and their dyeing property. The experimental results indicated that the key factors affecting the forming of the dye variant PET filament were as follows: draw ratio, wind ratio on the heater disk, heater plate temperature, drawing speed and drawing temperature. When the speed was 731 m/min and the draw ratio was 1.442 7, the degree of colour deviation was 2 5 in grey scale and the average length of the deeper segments was almost 6 mm. Compared with the regular filaments, its tenacity was lower and elongation, yarn unevenness and boiling shrinkage were higher.
