摘要
探讨了生产涤纶短纤维过程中产生超长、倍长纤维,卷曲率波动和比电阻升高的原因。指出:环吹风温度、湿度、速度、喷丝头拉伸比、拉伸温度等发生波动,生产设备运行状态不良,都会产生超长、倍长纤维;卷曲温度、压力、卷曲轮间隙决定卷曲率的大小;比电阻与空气湿度有关。
The reasons, which result in over length fiber, double length fiber, crimp ratio waving and specific resistance rising, were discussed. It was pointed out that over length fiber and double length fiber were produced due to the waving of ring blow air (including temperature, humidity and speed), draw ratio and draw temperature of spinneret and unstable operation of devices. Crimp ratio depended on crimp temperature, pressure and the gap of crimp roller, specific resistance was related to air humidity.
