摘要
介绍硬质聚氯乙烯（ＨＰＶＣ）结皮发泡板材生产工艺方法、性能特点。着重介绍了原材料选择及配制、配方设计、工艺条件。讨论了原材料、工艺条件的影响。
The production technology and property of HPVC skinning plate foam are introduced in this paper,laying stress on the choice of material,formula design and technical condition.The effects of material and technical condition are discussed,and the quality faults are analysized and countermeasures for the faults are given in this paper.
