摘要
在新型重油催化裂解多产丙烯技术(TMP)的工业化试验中,出现油浆固含量高、汽提段壁温高、气压机组密封故障多等设备问题。通过对反应器缺陷修补和改造、改进汽提段衬里施工方案、气压机组由浮环密封改为干气密封,使油浆固体浓度由10g/L降为0.7g/L,汽提段壁温由300℃以上降为150℃左右,气压机组密封故障率大大降低。
In the commercial TMP demonstration experiments, the solids in the slurry were great, the temperature of the stripping section was high, and equipment problems occurred in the seals of gas compressors. Through the defects repair and revamp of reactor, improvement of construction procedures of stripper lining and change of floating seals into dry gas seals, the solids content in slurry were reduced to 0.7 g/L from 10 g/L and the wall temperature of stripping section was lowered to about 150 ℃ from over 300 ℃. Seal accidents of gas compressors have been minimized.
