摘要
在氧等离子体中对聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂等有机薄膜进行表面处理。研究了处理时间、放电电流和气压对膜的亲水性的影响。结果表明,经氧等离子体处理后,薄膜表面的含氧极性基团增加了,亲水性得到了改善。但是4种薄膜经等离子体处理后其亲水性变化的程度并不相同,按照接触角减小的程度来排序依次为聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂。这意味着,等离子体辐照有机薄膜对其亲水性改善的效果依赖于薄膜本身的表面结构。
The surface of polyvinyl alcohol pervaporation membrane was modified by low tmeperature plasma with oxygen. The effects of exposure time, discharge current and pressure on its hydrophilicity were investigated by means of contact angle measurement and IR spectra. The results show that low temperature plasma treatment can substantially alter the surface properties of PVA membrane by ways of increasing the amount of polar functional groups exposed on the sample surface thus enhacing its hydrophilicity.
