水溶性金属络合聚合物的合成及其润滑性能初探

STUDY ON THE WATER SOLUBLE METALLIC POLYMERS DERIVED FROM EDTA METALLIC COMPOUNDS AND THEIR LURICATING PROPERTIES

摘要 合成了结构明确的以EDTA锌、铜、钼络合物衍生的水溶性聚合物,考察了该类聚合物用作高水基润滑添加剂的极压、抗磨性能。结果表明,含锌水溶性金属络合聚合物其PB值为431.2N,长磨磨斑直径D4030为0.57mm(添加量为0.5%),优于美国生产的同类产品。 A type of water soluble metallic polymers derived from EDTA metallic compounds(EDTAZn(Ⅱ), EDTACu(Ⅱ), EDTAMo(Ⅳ)) were synthesised. The polymers extrem pressure and anti wear properties used as high water based fluid additives were examined. Test results shows that the metallic elements capability of anti wear is Zn>Cu>Mo, and the polymer containing zinc element, whose value of extrem pressure P B is 431.2 N and wear scar D 40 30 is 0.57 mm, is superior to sunsol which is commercial in America.
