摘要
将尼龙12与滑石粉的混合粉末进行选择性激光烧结成型,研究了滑石粉对尼龙12烧结材料的性能影响。结果表明,加入滑石粉使烧结件的热变形温度大幅度提高,同时提高了烧结件的尺寸精度和外观质量,但烧结件的拉伸强度、冲击强度随滑石粉含量的增加而降低,当滑石粉用量超过30%(质量分数)时,烧结件的力学性能明显降低。
The blending powder of nylonl2 and talc was molded by selective laser sintering (SLS). The effects of talc on the properties of the sintered specimens of nylonl2 were investigated. The results show that addition of talc can greatly increase the thermal distortion temperature and improve the dimensional accuracy and appearance of sintered specimens. But the tensile strength and impact strength of the sintered specimens decrease with the increase of talc content, and the mechanical properties of sintered specimens decrease considerably when mass fractoin of talc is more than 30 %.
