分析企业自主开发、企业与ERP系统供应商合作导入ERP系统、企业与ERP系统供应商、第三方监理公司三方合作导入ERP系统三种模式,利用博弈论,分别建立委托-代理模型,通过模型求解,证明企业与供应商、监理方三方联合导入ERP系统为最优模式。为企业导入ERP系统提供科学决策和理论指导。

In this paper, there are three patterns of import ERP system, enterprise development of technology through its own efforts, corporations between ERP system providers and enterprise, work together based on enterprise, ERP system providers and third-party surveillance company, in virtue of game theory, three different principal-agent patterns are established, after the patterns is analysised and compared, the outcome is that the corporations is the optimal model for the ERP system among enterprise, ERP system providers and third-party surveillance company. Finally, scientific decision- making and theoretical guidance is presented during ERP system for enterprises to import.
