摘要 应用TRP、XPS及XRD等技术研究了用浸渍法制备的Ni/Al2O3、Mo/Al2O3和Mo-Ni/Al2O33种催化剂的还原性能,并将Mo-Ni/Al2O3双金属催化剂与工业化的Mo-Co/Al2O3和W-Ni/Al2O3催化剂进行了比较。结果表明:在Mo-Ni/Al2O3中,MoO3呈高度分散状态,NiO的加入减弱了Mo与载体间的强相互作用,并在催化剂表面形成了两种易还原的复合物,大大降低了还原温度。活性评价结果表明:催化剂的TPR特性与加氢脱硫活性有很好的对应关系。Ni的促进还原和提高活性的功能,可以用氢的溢流机理来解释。 TPR,XPS and XRD techniques were used to study the reduction behavior of NiO,MoO 3 and MoO 3 NiO on γ Al 2O 3 support systematically.Properties of Mo Ni/Al 2O 3 were compared with those of catalyst Mo Co/Al 2O 3and W Ni/Al 2O 3.Results showed that NiO and MoO 3existed in a high degree dispersing state on Mo Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst.When NiO is introduced into the Mo/Al 2O 3 system,MoO 3 interacts moderately with the support forming two species that can be reduced easily.Ni promotion is found to cause reduction temperature of Mo site shifting to lower temperature.The test of HDS activity indicates that there is an appreciable relationship between the TPR properties of the catalysts and the HDS activity.The function of Ni can be explained by hydrogen spillover from Ni centers to Mo sites.
