能力营销研究前沿探析与未来展望 被引量:1

摘要 企业资源基础观无法解释产业市场上企业之间存在的"能力沟通、转移和销售"等能力营销现象,这种现象与资源基础观所认同的能力具有不可转移性和不可交易性的观点相矛盾。有鉴于此,本文详细探讨了能力营销的概念、方式和手段、管理意义以及对资源基础观的挑战和贡献等方面的问题,并在此基础上提出了未来需要重点关注的研究方向以及亟待解决的理论问题,以引起更多学者的关注,进而推动该领域研究的深入。
