摘要
回顾和总结了我国危险化学品登记制度的建立和发展过程,对目前危险化学品登记管理的现状和存在问题进行了分析并提出改革建议。
This paper reviews building of our hazardous chemicals registration regulations and its development process. It also analyzes its current situation and existing problems, and offers some improved advice.
