Effects of Ce_2O_3 ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES IN ROLLING MOLYBDENUM ALLOY PLATE

摘要 采用俄歇电子能谱仪,扫描电子显微镜(SEM),维氏硬度计,电子万能材料试验机研究了钼铈合金的结构、形貌、高温屈服强度、韧化作用等。结果表明,在钼中添加适量的Ce2O3,可起到室温强韧化和高温强化作用。从钼铈合金板的力学性能上反映了Ce2O3在该材料的细晶强韧化机制和杂质在第二相粒子表面的吸附机制。 The structure, morphology, hardness, breaking toughness high - temperature yield strength of the Ce/Mo composites were investigated by means of Auger electron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), Vichers hardness tester and electrical omnipotence material tester. The results showed that the temperature hardness and breaking toughness high - temperature yield strength of the samples would increase by adding suitable Ce2O3 into the Mo material. Strengthening and toughening mechanism and impurities in the second phase particle adsorption mechanism were reflected on the Ce/Mo alloy plate of the mechanical properties.
