体育是人类文明的一种形式,从诞生之日起它就以其特有的品格吸引着人们参与其中。随着社会发展和时代进步,"休闲时代"悄然而至。本文通过对体育与休闲辩证关系的阐述,指出了游戏是当代体育休闲娱乐活动的催化剂;休闲是体育运动发展壮大的动力源;休闲是体育发展的一个必然趋势,这种趋势将大众体育推向休闲化,也可能使竞技体育走向休闲化,休闲最终将成为人类生存的一种最佳状态。

Sport is one of the forms of human civilization. It attracts people by its unique moral character when it comes into being. Along with the social development and progress, the leisure times quietly to come. Through making elaboration on dialectical relations between sports and leisure, this paper pointes out that the game is a contemporary sports leisure recreational activity catalyst. The leisure is a power which the sports grow strong. The leisure will be an inevitable trend of sports development, this tendency pushes the mass sports to the leisure, also possibly causes competitive sports to move towards the leisure, and the leisure will finally become a survival optimum condition of the human.
