新、旧配方张裕至宝三鞭酒对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠抗衰老作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti-aging Effect of New and Old Prescription Zhangyu Zhibao Sanbian Liquor on Aging Model Rats Induced by D-galactose

目的:观察并比较新、旧配方张裕至宝三鞭酒对D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠的抗衰老作用。方法:60只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、旧方中剂量组、新方大中小剂量组。大鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖造模,同时各治疗组灌胃相应药物。6w后,检测大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及脑组织脂褐质(LF)含量,大鼠处死后剥离胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺和睾丸并称重,计算脏器指数。结果:与模型组比较,各治疗组大鼠血清SOD活性升高、血清MDA和全脑组织LF水平降低(P<0.001),胸腺、脾脏和睾丸的脏器指数升高(P<0.001)。结论:张裕至宝三鞭酒有明显的抗衰老作用,且新、旧配方作用的差异无统计学意义。

Objective：To investigate and compare anti-aging effect of new and old prescription Zhangyu Zhibao Sanbian liquor on aging model rats induced by D-galactose. Methods：60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,old prescription middle dosage group,new prescription large dosage group,middle dosage group and small dosage group. Aging model rats were induced by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose once a day for successive 6 weeks, meanwhile rats were administrated corresponding drugs in treatment groups.6 weeks later, serum superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and malondialdehyde （MDA） content of rats were detected. Then rats were sacrificed, thymus, spleen, adrenal gland and testis of rats were taken away and weighed, organ indices were calculated,lipofuscin（LF）content of brain tissue was detected. Results：In treatment groups, serum SOD activity was significantly increased,the contents of serum MDA and brain tissue LF were significantly decreased（P〈0.001）,organ index of thymus,spleen and testis was significantly increased （P〈0.001）as compared with model group. Conclusion ：Zhangyu Zhibao Sanbian liquor has obviously anti-aging effect and there is no statistic difference between old and new prescription in the effect.
