摘要
采用通用引物扩增绵枣儿核核糖体DNA ITS序列,未得到目的条带。根据引物设计原则自行设计12个引物,其中只有使用引物对PA3、D(ITS3),PA4、D(ITS3),PA4、DO2扩增得到绵枣儿核核糖体DNA ITS序列。
Universal primers were used to amplify nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS of SciUa scilloides (Lindl.) Druce,but they did not work.Then 12 primers were designed according to the principle of primer-design and were used .Nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS of Scilla seilloides (Lindl.) Druce was obtained using primers PA3 and D (ITS3), PA4 and D (ITS3), PA4 and DO2.
