摘要
中小企业的人力资源建设必须以企业战略为目标,考察中小企业经济活动的动因与企业发展的目标的契合,分析人力资源管理方式,指出中小企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,分析问题的成因,寻求解决中小企业人力资源管理问题的对策,最终提出人力资源管理的优化方案。
The construction of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises should aim at enterprise strategy, study the motive and development goals of small and medium-sized enterprises in business activities, analyze their management of human resources and point out the problems, find the cause and then raise the optimum proposal for the management of human resources. And finally the suggestions for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are put forward.
