摘要
文章以社会转型理论的视角对上海城保、镇保、农保、综保中的养老保险进行一体化研究,对四种保险政策进行比较分析。预测社会结构转型进程中上海社会养老保险体系面临的挑战,提出了未来上海社会保险体系的整合之路即重构社会保险制度设计依据和分类标准;创新四种养老保险之间的衔接机制,建立统一的政策平台;城乡社会保障整合的过程中重塑和强化优良的传统保障。
Making research on the integration of pension insurance system： urban social insurance, the town social insurance, rural insurance, and the comprehensive social insurance on the basis of the theory of social transformation, and comparative analysis of the four kinds of insurance policy. Predicting the challenges the pension insurance of Shanghai are meeting in the proceeding of the social transformation, at last proposing the conforming way of the social insurance of Shanghai. The accordance and the standard of social insurance system are restructured, creating connected program among four kinds of pension, building up platform policy; restructuring and strengthening the excellent traditional insurance in the course of integration of the city and countryside
