The Obstacles and Countermeasures in Innovation of Work-Based Learning Pattern

工学结合是高职教育发展的基本方向和高职教育教学改革的重要切入点。但工学结合模式的创新仍然面临着很多障碍需要克服,当前高职院校推行工学结合教育模式,仍面临三大障碍因素,需要从政府和学校两个方面提出相应的创新对策。

Work - based learning pattern is the basic direction of the development of higher vocational education, and becoming an important entry point in teaching reform of higher vocational education. But the innovation in work - based learning pattern still faces many obstacles to be overcome, this article studies the three major obstacles factors and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
