柴油机高压油管的现代设计方法与实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 现代设计方法是降低发动机设计成本、缩短产品开发周期的有效手段。运用现代设计方法对385柴油机高压油管的长度进行设计研究,并根据研究结果确定了合理的高压油管尺寸,最终实验表明,按照穿透率1.05左右选择管长,能够实现更好的综合排放性能。 Modem design method is an effective approach to reduce the design cost of diesel engine and shorten the product development cycle. By using the modern design method, the length of high - pressure fuel pipe of a certain type 385 diesel engine was studied in this pa- per, and geometric parameter was confirmed. The final results showed that the integrated emissions performance can be achieved by determining the length of the fuel pipe in accordance with the penetration rate of 1.05.
