摘要
提出一种基于形貌优化技术的支架加强筋布置方法,并以最优化某车载DVD支架总成第一阶固有频率为例,在Optistruct软件中对该方法进行了实现。根据形貌优化分析结果布置该DVD支架加强筋后,DVD支架总成的第一阶固有频率增加了30%,改善效果明显。表明通过形貌优化方法可以快速、有效的获取支架加强筋的布置方案,该方法为支架加强筋的布置提供了新的途径。
Layout enforcement rib of bracket is one key point in bracket development. For finding a best way of layout bracket enforcement rib, this paper offers a new method to layout bracket enforcement rib by to- pography optimization based on Optistruct software. For improving first natural frequency of a DVD brack- et assembly as example, to lay out enforcement fib of the DVD bracket by the method. After topography optimizing, first natural frequency of the DVD brack- et increased 30%. It is proves we can get enforce- ment rib automate by topography optimizing fast and effectively. The method gives a new way to layout bracket enforcement rib.
