从事学术期刊载文的选择、编辑、校对工作,编辑必须是行家,还要成为其他专业学科的杂家,熟悉行话、摸清门道、沟通思维,才能"慧眼识珠",才能使编辑行为合道、合度,并与作者合目的、合对象、合身手,为他人做"好嫁衣",为社会做"好贡献"。

Being engaged in paper selecting,editing and proof-reading in academic journals,the editor must be not only a professional expert in some special fields but also a Jack of all trades,who knows well jargons and ways of doing things in each line and is good at communication with others.Only in this way can the editor find what others cannot,work out the more professional and appropriate editions that satisfy authors purpose,objects and skills,do good to others and make a good contribution to the society.
