完善我国宪法私有财产权保护条款的思考

Ideas on How to Perfect the Private Property Protection Clause in Our Constitution

我国宪法中私有财产保护条款的出现,无疑是在保护人权道路上的一个很大的进步,但条款并非尽善尽美。笔者认为,在私有财产权规定归属、征收征用制度、补偿条款等方面需要进一步修缮。

The private property protection clause that recently appears in our constitution,is undoubtedly a great progress in the course of the protection of human rights,though it is far reaching its acme of perfection.The author believes that further amendements are necessary to the jurisdiction of defining the private property,transparency of imposition and requisition system and specific compensation terms,etc.
