摘要
以某汽车外饰件厂保险杠制造工序为研究对象,运用人机工程学原理结合工厂实际,设计新的作业装置,得到更合理的操作动作以实现作业装置和作业动作的联合优化。运用面向对象的仿真建模技术建立作业操作的运动仿真模型,利用仿真模型测试人体关节受力,以此优化作业装置设计方案。所得新方案下工作时间减少45.9%,上肢关节受力平均减少55.1%。
Due to the motion study of workers working on a real manufacturing process of bumper,the ergonomics was used to design new equipments in order to optimize workers' operating motion. The simulation model of workers' motion was set up by the software JACK, and the body joints torque was analyzed with the model. At last, the optimal strategies were evaluated by the model to optimize the design. Implementation of this new design reduced the operation time by 45.9% ,and also reduced the body joints torque by 55.1% on average.
