对一般船舶的主机废气热能回收系统进行了热平衡分析,通过实例计算,求出了该系统的状态参数、输入输出的能量、热效率和损失系数,得出其热量平衡图.计算表明,采用热平衡分析可了解该主机废气热能回收系统的能量分配和利用情况、整个动力装置热效率的提高程度.热平衡分析结果将用于热经济分析以基础数据.

The paper shows the heat balance analysis on the engine＇s waste heat recovery（WHR） system for general ship,and the results obtained from the calculation of a practical example such as the system＇s thermal state parameters,input/output energy,heat efficiency,coefficients of quantity loss,its heat balance diagram.It indicates that the heat balance analysis can be used to understand the distribution and utilization of energy in this WHR system,and the improvement of heat efficiency of the power plant.The results will be used as the basic data for the thermo economic analysis on the WHR system.
