男子竞技健美操优秀运动员的踝关节肌力特征研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究采用瑞士生产的CONTREX多关节等速肌力测试系统对男子健美操优秀运动员(健将及一级运动员)踝关节屈、伸肌群进行等速向心运动的测试与分析。结果表明:作为关节活动幅度(最大ROM),两组运动员之间并未出现显著性差异,说明两个级别运动员的柔韧性相当。而两组运动员的相对峰力矩屈伸比均出现明显不平衡的情况,提示健美操运动员都要注意对提高踝关节屈伸比值的训练。踝关节屈肌的平均功率在运动员之间的差别也比较显著,健美操运动员更应注重爆发力的发展。踝关节肌肉耐疲劳的能力在两组运动员中的显著性差异,表明肌肉耐疲劳能力在健美操项目中占有重要的地位。 Performs the test and analysis the isokinetic muscle strength of ankle extensors and flexors in the Institute of excellent male aerobics athletes (7 top-notch Grade,11 first Grade) with the Swedish production CONTREX Isokinetic Test System. The results shows that: As a target of joint activities, the largest ROM of athletes between the two groups did not show significant difference, means the two-level athletes of the same flexibility. The two groups' athletes relative peak torque ratio are all obvious imbalance, This certainly gives us the clue that athletes should do more exercises for improving the ratio of ankle flexion and extension. The average power of ankle between the two-level athletes were conspicuous difference, it shows that the aerobics athletes must paid more attention to the development of explosive force. The fatigue-resistant capacity of the ankle muscle plays a critical role in the aerobics is distinct difference between the two groups.
