摘要
对硅胶吸附甘油在固定化脂肪酶催化大豆油转酯化反应中的作用进行了研究,考察了反应条件如硅胶种类,加入时间,脂肪酶加入量,体系水含量,反应温度等对转化率的影响以及固定化酶的稳定性。结果表明,反应开始时加入与大豆油质量比为1∶13.3的硅胶,加入油重1%的水,在40℃反应4批次96 h,转化率平均提高9%,使用硅胶吸附甘油能提高酶法转酯化率和延长固定化酶的使用寿命。
In study on the role of silica gel adsorbing glycerol in the transesterification of soybean oil catalyzed by immobilized lipase, the effects of silica gel type, adding time, enzyme dosage, water content, reaction temperature on the transesterification and the operational stability of the immobilized lipase were investigated. The results showed that the conversion rate increased by 9 % after 4 batches (96 h) of continuous reaction at 40℃ when the silica gel (silica gel/oil weight = 1 : 13.3) was added at the start of the reaction and water content (water/oil weight ratio) was 1%. Adsorbing glycerol with silica gel could improve the conversion rate and extend the utilization life of immobilized lipase.
