摘要
目的通过建立荷U14小鼠宫颈癌模型,从个体水平初步探索天花粉蛋白(TCS)对荷瘤小鼠体内抗肿瘤活性。方法建立荷U14小鼠宫颈癌模型,TCS治疗,检测抑瘤率、脾指数、流式细胞术分析T细胞亚群。结果TCS治疗组,脾指数明显高于阴性对照组,C+84CD8+较阴性对照组、正常组明显增大(P<0.05);与CTX组比较无显著性差异。结论在体内,当TCS的剂量为0.2 mg/kg时,具有一定的免疫调节和增强体液免疫功能作用。
Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of trichosanthin(TCS) in U14 mice.Methods After setting up the animal model of U14,the subset of the T cells was analyzed by the tumor inhibitory rate,the index of spleen and FCM.Results After treatment with TCS,the index of spleen was increased obviously compared with the negative group,the C JD+;8 decreased obviously compared with the negative and CTX groups(P〈0.05),but had no significant difference as compared with the normal group.The C JD+;4/C JD+;8 in TCS group was increased obviously compared with the negative and normal groups(P〈0.05),but had no siguificant difference as compared with the CTX group.Conclusion The TCS can regulate immunity and increase the humoral immunity in vivo when its dose is 0.2 mg/kg.
