黄翅大白蚁菌圃对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察黄翅大白蚁菌圃(MFG)对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法腹腔注射四氯化碳制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,应用黄翅大白蚁后菌圃检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性;同时测定肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。在光学显微镜下观察肝脏病理组织学变化。结果与四氯化碳模型组比较,黄翅大白蚁菌圃经过大孔树脂富集后产物可使血清ALT,AST活性明显降低(P<0.01);同时黄翅大白蚁菌圃可使肝组织中MDA的含量明显下降(P<0.01),SOD活力明显增强(P<0.01)。形态学观察,黄翅大白蚁菌圃能明显改善肝组织的病理学改变。结论黄翅大白蚁菌圃对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effects of Macrotermes barneyi Ligh Fungus garden(MFG) on acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in mice.Methods Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups.The MFG groups were treated with three fractions of macroporous absorption resin beneficiation of MFG at a dose of 50 g· kg-1· d-1 for 7 days i.g.to mice.At the same time,the normal control group and the model control group were given equivalent amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution by the same route.And mice in the positive control group were intragastrically administered with 200 mg· kg-1· d-1 biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate(BDD).After the last administration,all groups except the normal control were intraperitoneally injected with 0.2% CCl4 solution to induce acute hepatic injury.Thereafter,the contents of ALT,AST in the serum,MDA and the activity of SOD in the liver were measured and the hepatic histological changes were observed by optical microscope.Results Compared with the model group,the contents of ALT,AST in the serum was obviously decreased(P〈0.01),the content of MDA in the liver was also lowered(P〈0.01),and the activity of SOD in the liver was markedly improved(P〈0.01) after preventive treatment with one fraction of macroporous absorption resin beneficiation of MFG.MFG ameliorated the hepatic pathological changes.Conclusion MFG have protective effects against acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
