摘要
目的研究复方心脑肾康对急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法连续给大鼠灌胃复方心脑肾康10 d后,以结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型(M IR),缺血30 m in再灌注60 m in后检测心肌丙二醛(MDA)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、活性氧(ROS)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、ATP酶的活性,并观察心肌组织的病理改变。结果与模型组相比,高、中、低3个剂量心脑肾康用药后均能减轻缺血后心肌细胞的病理损伤,显著降低了心肌组织匀浆中MDA的含量及ROS,NOS活性,增加SOD,ATP酶活性(P<0.05)并呈剂量依赖性,其中,高剂量效果最好,优于阳性对照药(P<0.05)。结论心脑肾康对心肌缺血损伤具有良好的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of Xinaoshenkang(XNSK) on the acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Methods The acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model of rats given XNSK by intragastrical injection for 10 days was establishied by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery for 30 minutes,followed by reperfusion for 60 minutes.The pathological changes of myocardium was observed and the content of MDA,the activities of SOD,ROS,NOS and ATPase in myocardial homogenate were detected.Results Compared with model group,XNSK at high,middle,low dosage lessened the degree of myocardial injury and decreased the content of MDA,the activities ROS,NOS and increased the activities of SOD,ATPase significantly(P〈0.05) in a dose dependent manner.The high dosage had better effect than positive control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion XNSK has good protective effects against the acute ischemic myocardium.
