摘要
目的通过研究分析蹄叶橐吾中的脂溶性成分,为蹄叶橐吾的开发和利用提供实验依据。方法以氯仿为溶剂超声提取蹄叶橐吾的脂溶性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对提得物质进行分离和鉴定。采用色谱峰面积归一化法确定脂溶性各组成成分的相对含量。结果共分离出33个峰,鉴定了其中19个成分,占脂溶性总成分的71.58%。结论蹄叶橐吾的脂溶性成分主要为D-柠檬烯(2.98%)、(E)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯(15.07%)、(E,Z)-2,6-二甲基-2,4,6-辛三烯(3.61%)、石竹烯(3.62%)、2,6-二甲基-6-(4-甲基-3-戊烯)-二环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯(6.20%)、α-法呢烯(4.09%)、反式角鲨烯(26.91%)等。
Objective To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the liposoluble components of Ligularia fischeri.Methods With chloroform as solvent,the liposoluble constituents in Ligularia fischeri were extracted by ultrasonic extraction.The extracted substances were isolated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each constituent in liposoluble components was ascertained by peak area normalization of chromatogram.Results 41 components were identified,which took up 71.58% of the total amount.Conclusion The main components of liposoluble components are D-Limonene,(E)-3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6-Octatriene,(E,Z)-2,6-dimethyl-2,4,6-Octatriene,Caryophyllene,2,6-dimethyl-6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-Bicyclohept-2-ene,alpha-Farnesene,and(all-E)-2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyl-2,6,10,14,18,22-Tetracosahexaene.
