摘要
目的研究中药复方克瘤丸3种提取方法的提取物体外对人肺癌细胞株A549抑制作用,探讨克瘤丸剂型改革的方向。方法采用MTT法测定克瘤丸3种提取方法的提取物对人肺癌细胞株A549增殖的抑制作用。结果克瘤丸组合提取法取得的提取物抑制率明显高于其他两种提取方法;当药物浓度为5 mg/m l时,对肺癌细胞有明显的抑制作用;克瘤丸对肺癌细胞株增殖的抑制呈一定的时间和浓度的依赖性,随着时间和浓度的增加逐渐增强。结论克瘤丸体外具有显著抑制人肺癌细胞株A549的作用,组合提取法有望成为今后剂型改革的研究方向。
Objective To compare the inhibitory influence among three distill methods of KeLiu pill on the proliferation of human lung cancer cell line A549 and to research the best form of medication.Methods KeLiu pill was extracted by three methods,and the effects of three extracts on human lung cancer cell line A549 were observed by MTT assay.Results The inhibitory rate of KeLiu pill extracted by integrated extracted method was the best,and it had remarkable inhibitory effect on human lung cancer cell line A549 at the concentration of 5-10mg/ml.In addition,the inhibition of KeLiu pill on proliferation of cell growth was in time-depended manner to some degree and the effect was enhanced with time.Conclusion KeLiu pill has remarkable effect influence on human lung cancer cell line A549 in vitro.Integrated extracted method is valuable form of medication.
