超高压水射流对葛根中葛根素含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究超高压水射流对葛根有效成分葛根素的影响。方法通过150~350MPa不同压力的水射流处理葛根醇提液,采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法定性鉴别和测定葛根的化学成分种类及含量变化。结果不同压力水射流处理葛根提取液后,葛根的薄层图谱中斑点个数、大小及R f值无明显差别;葛根的液相图谱中峰个数及形状亦无明显差别,但经150~350 MPa压力的水射流处理后,葛根素的含量依次增加,尤其在350 MPa时葛根素的含量增加率达到5.68%。结论该研究可为超高压水射流对中药有效成分的影响提供基础实验数据,对科学加工处理和合理利用葛根药材有着重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultra high pressure water jet on the effective components puerarin of Radix puerariae.Methods The extraction of Radix puerariae was treated by various pressure from 150 MPa to 350MPa,components and contents was identified and determined by TLC and HPLC.Results There were no obvious differences in the number,size and Rf value of spots on TLC chromatography,and basically the same on the number and shape of peaks on HPLC chromatograms between the solution treated under various pressure,but the content of puerarin in the solutions treated by 150 MPa to 300MPa was increased,particularly in the 350 MPa,the increasing rate of puerarin content reached 5.68 percent.Conclusion This investigation may provide some useful experimental information for the ultra high pressure water jet on the impact of the active ingredients of the Chinese medicine.It is very important for processing treatment and utilization of Radix puerariae.
