白桃汤剂抑制小鼠Lewis肺癌移植瘤的生长及其血管生成的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察白桃汤剂对C57BL/6小鼠体内Lew is肺癌生长、血管生成及转移的影响。方法复制C57BL/6小鼠Lew is肺癌模型,随机分为4组,分别给予生理盐水,白桃汤低剂量,高剂量,环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗,观察肿瘤生长,运用免疫组化方法对移植瘤中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)的表达及转移发生率等指标进行检测和分析。结果白桃汤剂低、高剂量组VEGF的表达率分别为54.6%、48.7%;MVD分别(27.26±3.39),(22.85±3.23);瘤重分别为(2.66±0.46)g,(2.22±0.36)g;抑瘤率分别为35.4%,46.2%。生理盐水组VEGF的表达率为79.5%,MVD为(46.18±5.21),经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05),VEGF高表达率与MVD的关系经直线相关分析,呈显著正相关。结论白桃汤剂可以降低移植瘤MVD与VEGF的高表达率,VEGF表达率与MVD呈正相关。白桃汤剂对鼠Lew is肺癌的血管生成、生长和转移有明显的抑制作用。
