摘要 目的研究不同海拔育苓对川芎出芽率及生长参数的影响,为道地产区生产模式提供理论依据。方法通过田间试验,统计分析了川芎的出芽率和生长参数。结果高海拔育苓使川芎表现出较好的发芽和生长特点。来源于海拔1190m苓种的川芎出芽率最高,幼苗最高及其冠幅面积最大;同时,高海拔来源苓种川芎成株在生长前期株高较高、节间距较大、分株数和节盘数也较多;生长后期,除了单株根茎干重较重和二次茎叶发生时的主茎直径较小以外,不同海拔来源苓种的川芎其它生长参数之间差别不显著。结论高海拔育苓有利于川芎出芽率的提高、幼苗建植及其坝上生长,进而增加川芎单株根茎重量。 Objective To investigate the influence of different altitude breeding on the germination and growth parameters of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort(L.C.H),and provide the theoretical basis of production model for its main yielding areas.Methods To gather and analyze the data of germination and growth parameters by field trials.Results It showed superior germination and growth characteristics to cultivate the nodes of L.C.H in higher altitude.The nodes from 1190m a.s.l.had the highest germination percentage,which developed the tallest seedlings,and they had the largest crown areas as well.Meanwhile,the adult L.C.H,which nodes were from higher altitude had taller plant,longer internodes,more ramets and nodes number in the former growth period,the difference of growth parameters,however,had to significant difference except for the dry weight of per rhizome and main stem diameter of secondary leaves & stem occurrence stage in the latter period.Conclusion It's useful to cultivate the nodes of L.C.H in higher altitude for improving its germination,seeding establishment and promoting the growth ability of L.C.H in plain,furthermore,increasing the per rhizome dry weight.
