不同培养体系对白木香成熟胚丛芽诱导的影响研究

Investigation on Inducing Calluses from Aquilaria sinensis in Different Culture Mediums

目的初步筛选出最适合白木香胚愈伤组织诱导的培养基,为白木香胚的继代培养和植物再生研究打下基础,为展开白木香的种质保存和继代培养的研究提供参考依据。方法通过各种激素成分的正交实验设计,以白木香成熟胚为材料,诱导愈伤组织和丛芽。结果发现以1/2MS0:1/2MS培养基的诱导率最高,为100%;而诱导效果则以M IZ:MS+IAA0.1 mg/L+ZT 0.5 mg/L培养基为最佳。结论综合考虑各种因素,以M IZ培养基为最适合诱导白木香胚愈伤组织的培养基。

Objective To select the fittest culture mediums for inducing calluses from embryo of Aquilaria sinensis（Lour.） Gilg.Methods Through orthogonal design for the component of several kinds of hormone,the embryo was cultured to induced calluses in eleven culture mediums.Results Induction rate on 1/2MS0 culture medium was the highest,coming up to 100%,while the best effect was on MIZ culture medium.Conclusion MIZ culture medium was most suitable for inducing calluses from embryo of Aquilaria sinensis（Lour.） Gilg.
